NYX Continues Their Current Gaming Strategy With Acquisition Of Italian Mobile Software Company

With their purchase of Games360 an Italian mobile software provider, NYX continues their expansion with a move into regulated Italy. Based in Rome, Games360 is a mobile and online software provider that as well as developing, also designs markets and distributes online gaming for the Italian market. Since NYX look to extend their geographical presence in this regulated European market, this is seen as a good way to take them towards their goal.

Part of the agreement between the two companies is to interchange each other's games between their clients this will also offer an important role for NYX in the expansion of Game360's current gaming catalogue, which will now be able to take on an immediate makeover.
